    Because we believe in charging the customer a fair price for open way journey when many taxis are plying empty on return journey . We are also trying to benefit vendor by providing them customers for return journey ,thus offering better pricing to customers all the time. This is helping us to challenge and change the industry led practice of charging two way prices for one way journey. Ultimately benefiting both vendors and our customers.
  2. Do I have to create account to make a booking?
    No. You get booking link of each query on your WhatsApp or text SMS.
  3. Is there any charge for making a booking on AapkaTrip.com?
    Yes, service charge will be added to the booking which will help us to provide you competitive pricing and sustain our business.
  4. I have sent a booking request or my requirement through your website how much time will it take to hear from you now?
    We aim to revert back in 48 hours if your query is urgent please feel free to contact our office.

Vendors

  1. Can a vendor can use the website without creating an account?
    No, Vendor has to register at our website and will be authorized by office . Its prerequisite for providing service through our website. Also they have to agree with our terms and conditions. We believe in keeping it fair to our customer and vendors thus this is prerequisite if a vendor wants to join and benefits from this initiative.

Technical

  1. What if I get technical problems with website?
    We have checked all our pages and ensured this does not happen. But In case of any technical problem our office and technical team will be happy assist you.
  2. Error coming on the pages or during booking process?
    Please contact our office as soon you receive the error.

Booking related

  1. Do I need a print out of the booking?
    You need to produce proof of booking WhatsApp message or text sms. Failure to do so driver may deny the services. Please carry a proof of identity like driving license, bank cards, pan card etc.
  2. I have lost my booking details I have received from AapkaTrip.com. How to retrieve the booking details?
    Please contact our office and after identification we will be able to resend you booking details to WhatsApp number or text sms used to make the booking.
  3. When I search on the AapkaTrip.com my route is not coming on the result. What to do?
    You have to submit the requirement only after verification we will contact our vendors if they can offer taxis for your journey on our contract and pricing terms.
  4. I have missed my cab will I get a refund?
